Review: Team- an we ensure our bakery lines ( Banana bread, BM muffins etc) are all dated correctly. If you are thawing any line today than today is also counting as a part of shelf lines. E.g Banana bread has 7 days shelf life and if you you thaw and put on display today than date stamp should be 19July not 20 July. Hope everyone understand this.
